?? The Negishi Sushi Bar is one of the food concepts of the Familie Wiesner Gastronomie (FWG) and is popular for its varied sushi creations. The location in Zurich-Oerlikon train station offers space for a few seats. Our guests can serve themselves directly on site with Sushi to Go or they can pre-order online in the take-away. The team in Oerlikon is also responsible for delivery orders. In doing so, they put a smile on the face of each of our guests, because the motto of Negishi Sushi Bar is: "eat - smile - enjoy".

To complement our warm and well-coordinated team, we are looking for a motivated
Your Tasks
- Provide the mise en place for lunch and dinner service
- Produce Sushi Rolls
- Independent preparation of specials and dishes of the day
- General cleaning work
- Adherence to the hygiene concept according to HACCP
Your profile
- At least 2 years of experience in the preparation of sushi (sushi training an advantage)
- Good command of English and intermediate German
- Clean, efficient and precise way of working
