AliveDx is recruiting for a Product Manager to join the Product Management team based in Eysins, Switzerland. The role is a full-time permanent position working.

YOUR MISSION

This role is responsible for the management of our portfolio of autoimmunity diagnostic products and is responsible for the entire product lifecycle, from market research and product development to launch and post-launch performance.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Develop and implement product strategies aligned with company goals and market demands.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
• Work closely with R&D, regulatory, and clinical teams to guide product development and ensure alignment with market requirements.
• Manage the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch and post-launch evaluation.
• Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive activity to identify opportunities and threats.
• Maintain a deep understanding of the autoimmunity diagnostic market and related technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, marketing, sales, and regulatory to ensure successful product development and launch.
• Act as the product champion internally and externally, representing the product line at conferences, customer meetings, and other events.
• Develop product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies in collaboration with the marketing team.
• Provide training and support to the sales team, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge and tools to effectively promote the products.

YOUR COMPETENCIES

• An expert in autoimmunity diagnostics
• Relevant experience in a similar role
• Strong experience of working with the Diagnostics, Medical Device or Biotech industry
• Strong commercial and marketing skills
• Ability to bujld and defend business cases with strong financial acumen
• Strong interpersonal skills to interact and engage with customers and peers
