Job description
We are looking for an International Digital Media Specialist for our Marketing Department.
Role Overview
As International Digital Media Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital media plans aimed at enhancing Longines' brand visibility and reaching target audiences effectively.
Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, you will plan global media campaigns that align with the brand's marketing objectives.
The role requires a strategic and innovative planner with a deep understanding of digital trends, and an ability to ensure that marketing campaigns always benefit from the best media mix.
In this role, your main tasks will be to :
o Develop international media strategies in line with brand objectives and market trends
o Plan, execute and monitor digital media campaigns across digital platforms (social media, display advertising, CTV)
o Coordinate with internal teams and markets on the visual planning of global digital media campaigns
o Track, monitor and optimise media campaign performance against KPIs, evaluate results, and adjust strategy and budgets accordingly
o Produce bi-weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports and make strategic recommendations accordingly
o Collaborate with Longines' international teams to coordinate global and local media campaigns
o Collaborate and coordinate with the marketing teams on the creation of advertising copy and the development of digital assets to ensure consistent and impactful messaging
o Manage relationships with agencies and third-party vendors who support Longines' paid marketing efforts
o Conduct market research and audience analysis to inform media planning decisions
o Stay on top of the latest industry trends, emerging media channels and best practices
Profile
5+ years of experience in digital media planning
Proven track record of successful media campaigns for luxury or prestige brands
Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data with a good understanding of KPIs and metrics
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative media solutions
Proficiency in media planning tools and software
Experience in managing paid media budgets on a global level
Extensive knowledge and understanding of technology and digital trends
Team player able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects and quick turnarounds
