Your mission

For the Eurovision Song Contest 2025 (ESC), we are looking for an Internal Communication & Reporting Manager from now to the end of June 2025. As part of the ESC PMO Event team, your tasks will be the following:

• Develop and implement an internal communication strategy;
• Design and prepare communication content and manage the internal communication channels;
• Plan and organise internal events, such as town hall meetings, workshops and training courses;
• Support the development of a knowledge database;
• Participate in cross-departmental collaboration to ensure coherent, effective and needs-based internal communication;
• Develop the Final Event Reporting for the ESC 2025;
• Carry out an impact study.

Your profile

• You have 3-5 years of professional experience in internal communications, corporate communications or in a similar role
• You have excellent written and oral communication skills
• You have very good knowledge of the use of intranets, e-mail newsletters and collaboration tools (such as MS Teams, Loop, Slack, etc.)
• You have the ability to work effectively and independently with different departments and management levels
• You are creative and can develop innovative communication approaches to motivate and engage employees
• You have good language skills (English, German and French)
