For our international client who is one of the most recognized leaders in their field worldwide, we are looking for an IT Support Specialist, 100%.
As a qualified candidate for the IT Support Specialist job, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and access of IT/Computer and network technologies (including all areas of software, hardware, and Networking, but especially Windows-based technologies). You will also be involved in security and access topics; as well as training and suggesting new ways to improve the services.
For the job as an IT Support Specialist, 100% you must have:
- Deep knowledge about Microsoft Windows Server.
- Experience with multitasking in a Support context.
- Proven experience in similar positions or working with providing software, hardware and network support
- Fluent in English and German.
- Availability to travel (within Switzerland and France).
