We are looking for an Application Manager SuccessFactors, who will continuously develop our business, their professional ambitions and themselves at Zehnder Group in our headquarters in Switzerland (Gränichen AG).

Application Manager SuccessFactors (all genders) 80-100%

Let’s talk actual tasks to give you a feeling of what you can expect:

  • Responsible to maintain, configure and customize functionalities in SuccessFactors (incl. interfaces, daily operations around incidents and change requests, and releases) to meet the requirements in the HR digitalization strategy
  • Acts as a primary point of contact between HR, IT and other departments for SuccessFactors related matters
  • Provides ongoing support to users, develops and delivers trainings for end-users to ensure effective use of SuccessFactors
  • Supports and contributes as subject matter expert in the ongoing HR digitalization strategy
  • Continuously monitors the system performance and identifies areas of improvement
  • Supports the further roll-out of SuccessFactors modules to ensure a smooth transition from hyper care to maintenance
  • Evaluates change requests and resolves incidents and/or change request within the defined timeline and system quality and acts as 1st level support for internal users (LPO’s)
  • Develops and delivers training programs for know-how transfer to global and local key users (GPO’s / LPO’s)
  • Creates user guides, process and system documentation and FAQ’s to assist users in the daily use of the system

To be able to do all the above, you need to bring the following:

  • University or similar degree in the field of Business Management, HR or IT
  • Certified SuccessFactors professional with several years of experience in application management for a global company
  • Experience in driving changes, prioritizing and resolving tasks to customers’ expectations
  • Fluent in English and German (oral and written)
  • Ability to build up international networks
  • High customer focus
  • Responsible, goal-oriented and entrepreneurial personality
  • Structured but pragmatic approach to work
