Senior Software Developer
Profil requested
- 5+ years' experience as a professional software developer
- You hold a degree in Software Engineering or equivalent
- You are resilient and able to operate in a dynamic and sometimes stressful environment
- You are structured, systematic and organized in your way of working you prioritize according the deadlines
- You are optimistic, motivating and visionary, you are available for travels abroad
- You have proven experience in developing web applications with .NET / C# backend deployed in Docker or AKS
- Frontend technology knowledge is a plus
- You have experience of automated testing and deployments, as well as good understanding of Agile principles (XP, Scrum, Kanban)
- Strong communication skills in English are mandatory
- Conception, development, maintenance, evolution, testing, and documentation of the next generation software solutions
- That software supports business of the major sport events
- Ensure the highest quality and reliability of the software you produce
- Managing the high level specifications and best practices for the team
- Mentor and coach developers through proactively looking for opportunities to increase their skills, as well as act as a technical leader within the team
- Additional responsibilities include (but are not limited to) to ensure engineering maturity and quality control
- Further: to lead and push a culture of excellence and continuous improvement, while creating a safe place for developers to experiment with radical and high risk changes
