Data Manager
- Own the data product roadmap for the Operations, defining the vision and priorities for data initiatives.
- Represent the Brand within the Group Data community, being the single point of contact for data projects.
- Lead the Operations data transformation journey, including the migration to a new data architecture and ecosystem of tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and ensure data quality and accessibility.
- Champion a data-driven culture by promoting best practices and animating the internal data analyst community.
- Develop and maintain data governance policies and standards.
- Maintain existing stack of reporting and data-driven solutions to optimize Supply Chain and Operations processes.
- Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest data analysis trends and technologies.
Your Profile
- Master degree in Engineering, Business Analytics, Data Science, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven previous experience of at least 10 years in data management and data transformation.
- Experience with change management methodologies and a demonstrable track record of successfully leading organizational change.
- Strong understanding of data architecture, data modeling, and data governance principles.
- Experience working with data warehousing and business intelligence tools.
- Previous experience with Google Cloud ecosystem and Power BI.
- Experience working in a Supply Chain environment is a plus.
- Fluent French, advanced English, Italian is a plus.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Strong influence skills with stakeholders across different departments.
