As the Head of Customer Journey Squad, you will spearhead the development of our innovative Omnichannel Sales Platform, which we call Orbit. It is designed to support over 3,500 agents and enhance experience with seamless journeys which transition across our channels. You will play a pivotal role in redesigning all commercial journeys, planning the roadmap, and leading the implementation of this groundbreaking tool. - Manage a team of 5-6 Product Owners specialized on all customer journeys for all commercial use cases. (3 Squads in total - Role Management, Mobile and Wireline Squads)
- Responsible to re-design our "I buy" journeys based on real pain points of customers and frontline teams. Journeys to be customer centric and efficient. Focus to increase overall value for our customers (NPS) and for the company (NPS/order value/volume)
- Resource planning, employee development, performance management and fostering a co-operative and motivated working environment
- Drive the roadmap and implementation of the features based on highest value contribution.
- Work together with internal and external stakeholders, foster collaboration, manage squad resources efficiently and effectively
- University degree (Bachelor/Master) in Business Administration, IT, or related field
- Experience in business management (preferred Telco) & digital transformation
- Proven experience in IT project management, and digital customer experience
- Passion towards customer experience, transformation, and complex challenges
- Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while demonstrating initiative and exhibiting excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Very good English is a must, and German/French/Italian are an advantage
