Your duties will include at least some of the following categories

• General support of the management in organizational and administrative matters
• Collaboration in various projects
• Procurement and management of internal infrastructure
• Organization of travel, meetings, workshops and events
• Appointment coordination
• Preparation of presentations
• Correspondence in German and English
• Hub function

Requirements

• Many years of experience as a PA on management level
• Further training as management assistant with federal FA
• Fluent written and spoken german
• Good written and spoken English (any other language is an advantage)
• Experience with China – maybe you even speek Chinese
• Very good MS Office user skills (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, Internet)
• Organisational talent – allrounder, committed and motivated
• You are a very responsible person
