In this dynamic role, you'll collaborate closely with senior leaders to shape financial strategies, steer business performance, and drive key decisions. Bring your expertise in Finance Business Partnering, strategy, and analytics to a team where your insights and proactive mindset will truly shine. - Build strong business partner relationships with senior leaders in the Business Unit (BU) and Finance organizations to define short-term and long-term financial and strategic targets
- Become a trusted business partner to BU organization and other Finance functions for all BU Finance related topics
- Adopt a holistic view of the Business Unit's performance and draw out key analytical insights on potential risks and opportunities for the served Business Unit while maintaining the total cost target
- Solve problems and develop risk mitigation strategies to help steer the BU towards its short-, mid- and long-term targets
- Review and approve spend appraisals (OPEX and CAPEX) to make effective spend allocation decisions
- Structure and develop robust planning tools and have end-to-end ownership of the budget and monthly forecast process of the Business Opex lines
- Follow up on the monthly close process for the served business unit (both Non-Financials and Financials) and conduct in-depth variance and trend analysis to better understand and present the underlying business performance
- Master Degree in Business Administration, Economics or equivalent
- Proven experience in Finance Business Partnering, Strategy, M&A or similar areas of activities (ideally within the Telecommunication industry)
- Understanding of market dynamics, competitive landscapes and related processes (sales, product, CX, digitalization)
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office Excel and PowerPoint, SAP and IPT experience is a plus
- Strong analytical and communication skills, adept at translating complex financial data into compelling presentations for senior leadership
- Pro-active and taking over end-to-end responsibility for allocated tasks
- Team player and communicative personality with high commitment and flexibility
- Fluent in English, German a plus
