What you will do:
- Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of HR and Corporate Functions systems and overall data architecture
- Manage the implementation and ongoing maintenance of global processes to effectively coordinate and prioritize project demands across HR, Corporate Functions, and IT teams
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs, and design tailored solutions
- Manage relationships with third-party vendors supporting HR and Corporate Functions Platforms, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations
What you bring:
- 8+ years of proven experience in supporting HR and Corporate Functions
- Solid understanding of IT architecture, platforms and solutions supporting business functions (e.g. Success Factors, SAP HR)
- Project management skills; relevant certifications are a plus.
- Strong service orientation with a global mindset and willingness to travel occasionally
