Your Opportunity: As a Communication Expert at Ypsomed, you will be at the heart of our content strategy, producing high-quality copy that supports our product advertising, brochures, websites, blogs, and other communication materials. Your expertise will ensure that our content is technically accurate, human-centric, and consistent across all platforms, resonating with our target audiences and maintaining our brand's tone of voice.

Support us in the production and development of cutting-edge medical technology solutions that enable people around the world to self-manage diabetes and other chronic diseases.
- Create, edit, and proofread high-quality content for a variety of platforms, including brochures, websites, blogs, articles, and other marketing and communication materials
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) from departments such as Product Areas, Innovation, Regulatory Affairs, Sustainability, and Corporate Communications
- Ensure all content is technically accurate, human-centric, and aligned with the brand’s tone of voice across all business areas
- Provide coaching and guidance to SMEs on how to craft engaging and effective content that resonates with target audiences
- Develop and refine terminology and glossaries to ensure consistency in language and messaging across the business area
- Ensure all content adheres to RA/medical standards by verifying that the messaging is compliant, accurate, and substantiated
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in content creation, applying this knowledge to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of our communications
- English native speaker with excellent command of the English language
- Proven track record in producing high-quality engaging content for various formats, including brochures, ads, websites, blogs, and other marketing materials
- Expert in grammar, style, and tone, with a keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy and clarity
- A minimum of 3 years experience in a technology-driven B2B industry (ideally med tech) in a similar role
- Experience in handling terminology and glossaries to ensure consistency in communication
- Understanding of RA/medical standards and compliance requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Journalism, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Strong project management skills, with an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- German is a plus
