Field Service Technician (m/w)
What you'll do:
Perform on-site installation of system following established procedures.
Conduct tests and calibrations to ensure that systems work as expected.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues malfunctions.
Maintain accurate records of tasks.
Provide continuous feedback on processes, tools and documentation.
Adhere to safety protocols at all times.
Be willing to travel internationally up to 100% of the time, and be available to work nights and weekends during these trips.
What you bring:
Technical certifications or vocational training.
Previous experience in the installation of integrated systems encompassing hardware and software.
Effective communication skills for interactions with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
Adaptability to changing work environments, schedules, and unforeseen challenges.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken. Additional languages would be advantageous.
Experience in setting up network equipment.
Possession of a valid driving license.
Familiarity with Linux and basic terminal commands (would be a plus).
