- Manage raw material metrics, including SAP data accuracy, inventory projections, and stock levels.
- Maintain inventories aligned with production requirements using SAP and other supporting processes.
- Convert MRP requirements into purchase orders and monitor orders for timely, cost-effective fulfilment.
- Update SAP Purchasing Master Data, focusing on pricing, sourcing, and stock rules.
- Collaborate with vendors to ensure consistent supply and address quality issues.
- Support budget planning with Finance and Procurement and assist in cost-saving initiatives.
- Facilitate the integration of new materials and phase-outs as part of supply chain projects.
- Develop and share relevant reports to support operational insights.
- Relevant degree is desirable. APICS or CIPS certification is preferred.
- Experience in supply chain, logistics, or a related environment within a manufacturing setting.
- Proficiency in SAP is an advantage, with a focus on MRP functions.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Background in procurement within a manufacturing or facilities management setting is advantageous.
- You are proactive, resourceful, and adaptable, with a talent for finding creative solutions and approaching challenges with enthusiasm and determination.
