Activations Project Manager
- Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns related to major launches, ambassadors, seasonal campaigns, product launches, exhibitions, events and boutique openings at global and local scale
- Formulate and consolidate briefs by liaising with Product, Digital, Media, CRM, PR, Events, Client Experience, Retail, VM, Trade Marketing teams
- Lead the development and orchestration of the campaigns from initial briefing to final delivery of the campaign including all the creative assets in partnership with Creative teams and external partners as needed (Brief / Pre-Production / Production / Post-Production)
- Develop and execute social media and content strategy, manage editorial calendar and social media activations including coordination with China, Japan and Korea markets
- Craft and consolidate Go-To Market and Commercialization Toolboxes related to each campaign, and accompany our regions and markets in the implementation of their location brand activations
- Consolidate comprehensive reports related to each activation, track performances and identify key learnings and best practice for each major campaign
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge on trends and ever-changing marketing landscape
- Manage Social Media activations on the brand’s ecosystem including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, YouTube, LinkedIn and local platforms including Line, Kakao, WeChat in collaboration with Local teams as needed.
- Formulate and recommend social media needs to ensure strong social media activations including engaging copywriting and impactful assets overall.
- Publish and monitor social media campaigns as needed through our social media software Sprinklr
- Manage Community Management and propose optimization of flows and client experience.
- Monitor social media performance and KPIs, produce reports as needed
- Successful experience of 3-5 years in marketing communications, campaign development, execution, and implementation within the luxury industry
- Strong Project Management skills, capacity to orchestrate multiple workstreams in parallel and manage or collaborate with internal and external cross-functional groups
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Mastery of digital and social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest, WeChat, Weibo, Line, Kakao, Sprinklr)
- Bilingual in English/French including superb writing skills
