Your role

As a CRM Assistant in Private Banking you will support the Client Relationship Managers in their day-to-day tasks in the areas of trading, marketing, and administration. You will be a key element of the Swiss team in our Geneva office. 

Your responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day support to CRMs and to the Desk Head in administrative and commercial activities
  • Daily management of cash and corporate actions
  • Execute trades in all major asset classes: FX, equities, fixed income, funds, commodities, structured products, options, HF, and PE
  • Prepare and organize client meetings, as well as organize business trips for CRMs
  • Support CRMs for compliance or customer-related projects, as required
  • Create KYC files with CRM's support and manage the account opening and closing process
  • Other administrative tasks, and ad-hoc requests
Your profile
  • Bachelor degree in Finance/Economics or completed bank apprenticeship or similar banking education 
  • At least 5 years' experience in a similar position
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft tools; Avaloq is an advantage 
  • Strong customer service ethics and excellent communication skills
  • Hands on mentality, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Sense of responsibilities, dynamism, proactivity, and flexibility
  • Fluent in English and French (other languages an asset), good communication skills
