WinGD is looking for a
SAP HANA Business Process Manager / SAP HANA Project Manager
WinGD changed the SAP system from R3 to S4/Hana. To get the full benefit out of S4/Hana, we need to further align S4/Hana to the changing business needs of our company and improve processes and usability of the system. You will play a central role in connecting business needs and technology to fully leverage the capabilities of the S4/Hana solutions. Here are some of the key roles:
Responsibilities:
- Stabilizing the SAP/HANA system and introducing new business processes
- Organizing and managing KeyUsers for the individual SAP HANA modules
- Developing a comprehensive support concept for the SAP/HANA system
- Providing support and training for end-users in dealing with SAP Fiori
- Coordinating external service providers and vendors to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications:
- Experience in leading SAP projects, particularly in the area of SAP HANA
- Deep understanding of the SAP HANA architecture and associated business processes
- Strong skills in process optimization and change management
- Experience in training and supporting end-users, preferably with SAP Fiori
- Pronounced communication and coordination skills to collaborate with various stakeholders and external providers
- English: speaking and writing
- German of advantage

- Residence in Switzerland is required
