Digital Transformation & Marketing

You are responsible to manage international marketing activities with the aim to generate and nurture leads. This covers the development of creative ideas and valuable content, to plan and implement campaigns on an international level as well as supporting the global BUCHI market organizations and the local teams in this field.

• Collaborate with marketing, product management and data teams to develop and execute consistent, measurable lead generation programs using digital marketing strategies globally
• Drive new B2B leads through an exciting customer journey
• Test and monitor campaigns to optimize performance and conversion rates
• Search for new trends in marketing to find new lead sources
• Ensure that the organization's brand and identity is followed in all activities

What skills do you need to bring?

• Degree in marketing or communication with solid experience in B2B lead generation and in monitoring campaigns
• Proficiency in database marketing including list segmentation and data hygiene
• Creative, open minded, able to work independently on multiple projects
• Enjoy working in an international team and with teams around the world
• Fluent in English (the team language) with excellent written and verbal communication
• Experience with CRM and marketing automation systems (Salesforce, Marketing Cloud)
