ServiceNow Business Analyst
- Gather and analyse business requirements
- Write technical and functional specifications, user stories and acceptance criteria
- Collaborate with internal departments and various stakeholders to manage and facilitate workshops.
- Manage the implementation of process, data and communications flows in the systems and between different platforms and apps
- Ensure a detailed and regular status and progress reports of the solution deployment
- Organise and carry out UAT tests and follow-up with key users
- Accompany change and train users of the solution and its features
- Higher education degree in business administration, project management or IT
- Important experience in business analyse, writing specification and user stories, UATs
- Experience on CRM deployment projects, coordinating numerous stakeholders
- Good technical understanding with experience on the ServiceNow platform
- Good knowledge in project management
- Proactive with excellent communication skills
- Very good command of English
- Location : Geneva

- Contract type : Temporary contract
- Duration : 12 months (renewable)
