Ecommerce & Digital Manager M/W/X
For our client, we are seeking a talented and experienced Ecommerce & Digital Manager to join their team.
Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will manage the E-Commerce and Digital strategy of the portfolio to achieve defined business objectives.
You will work closely with the Global Travel Retail Team, the Commercial and Multifunctional Teams in Travel Retail Europe.
Main Responsibilities
E-Commerce and Digital Media strategy & planning
Define Brands' Digital strategy for the Travel Retail Europe channel, based on global guidelines but adjusted to distribution and regional needs.
Define both short term & long-term Digital strategy & budgeting.
Plan Social Media activations via retailers' social media accounts i.e. Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc. following social and digital calendar;
Build strategic partnerships with E-Retailers and other digital platforms, as well as with online agencies.
Business report & research
Deliver monthly E-Commerce report
Monitor key competitors' E-Commerce activities across Europe aera
Research for new Digital Marketing trends across European countries.

- qualifications
Master's degree in Marketing. Specialisation in Digital, Social Media (or related / equivalent discipline) a plus.
Minimum 3 to 5 years in Digital or Marketing experience.
Previous experience in Travel Retail is a plus.
Language: Full proficiency in English. Spanish and French a plus.
Full mastery of Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience with automated reporting tools is a plus (Tableau, MS Power BI)
