- Ensure a secure and compliant workplace for all staff, adhering to Safety, Health, and Environmental rules, regulations, and standards.
- Maintain work quality in alignment with relevant SRT and airworthiness authorities' rules and regulations at all times.
- Allocate personnel to their respective roles and manage vacation schedules in accordance with engine planning, while overseeing labor efficiency.
- Coordinate support across various SR Technics departments to guarantee optimal performance, as well as proper tools, equipment, and work documentation.
- Proactively handle human resources to ensure a continuous supply of skills that meet ongoing demand.
- Prioritize training and development initiatives for both employees and the department.
- Implement and advocate for Continuous Improvements by applying Lean principles to reach organizational targets.
- Enhance and streamline related processes to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Cultivate a performance-oriented culture through regular target setting and structured follow-ups with all team members.
- Utilize the performance management process (PMP) and provide leadership with a focus on motivating employees.
Qualifikationen / Anforderungen
- Educational Background: Specialized technical education.
- Operational and managerial expertise within the aviation sector.
- Verified capability in efficiently managing assigned workforce and resources.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate challenges to leadership along with proposed solutions.
- Displaying a proficient understanding of health, safety, and quality protocols up to the required standards.
- Fluent in both spoken and written English at B2 level, and German at C1 level.
- Competent in the use of MS Office applications.
- Possessing a positive outlook and a focus on finding solutions.
- Exhibiting a high level of customer orientation, both internally and externally.
- Showcasing effective communication skills and a team-oriented approach with adept management abilities.
- Proven capability to perform well under pressure.
