Join us as an Senior Specialist Regulatory Disclosures in a dynamic and diverse environment. You will be responsible for disclosures in the context of the European shareholder rights directive for in-scope investors, and act as a primary owner of the function. Additionally, you will be supporting the team for disclosures in the context of anti-money laundering directives in investment products such as mutual funds and hedge funds, and for disclosures in the context of sanctions regimes for sanctioned parties. You will participate in the strategic transformation of the way we work by applying new technology solutions and collaboration methodologies.
More specifically the Senior Front & Client Support Specialist’s duties include:
- Manage SRD2 disclosure requests; liaise with client relationship managers and other internal parties where necessary
- Create disclosure reports in accordance with SRD2 requirements, including use of SWIFT messaging, MT, MX
- Send disclosure reports to the requesting custody bank / CSD in line with timing requirements
- Fully owns cases and works independently
- Escalates non-standard disclosure cases to Legal and/or Compliance for guidance
- Works closely with Business Engineering and IT to address any changes to the IT application supporting the process
- Replies to follow-up questions from requestors (external counterparties and/or internal stakeholders)

- University degree or equivalent (e.g. banking apprenticeship with vocational baccalaureate followed by a Bachelor’s degree or similar)
- Very good knowledge of market best practices and regulations (e.g. SRD2, SWIFT messaging, AMLD)
- Knowledgeable in the mutual and hedge funds business and the custody of securities
- Willingness to learn and understand; being curious with motivation to seeing behind things; affinity to process engineering and technology
- Strong change mindset, strong analytical and conceptual skills
- Willingness to take ownership and being accountable for own actions/decisions
- Effective communication skills and experience working with global teams and external stakeholders
- Fluency in English and German, both written and spoken
