- Lead and manage the Point of Sale Operations team
- Build a strong team with a broad variety of tasks
- Oversee the promotions and project roadmap
- Plan and coordinate POS projects for Sunrise Shops
- Develop direct and indirect sales channels
- Coordinate hardware displays and installations in stores
- Proven experience in Point of Sale (POS) marketing and operations
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with a track record of successfully leading and motivating diverse teams
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans for promotions and project roadmaps
- Strong ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Proficiency in both German and English languages
