We're seeking a driven Customer Onboarding Specialist Third Party to join our team! Your role will involve managing incoming customer requests within specified SLAs or desired dates, creating and overseeing maintenance contracts, and ensuring timely renewals for hardware parts and licenses. Additionally, you'll coordinate Return Material processes with external partners, ensure accurate service invoicing, and maintain proactive communication with customers for streamlined order handling. Tasks:
  • Takeover of incoming customer requests treatment respecting the
    defined SLA or customer wish dates
  • Creation and management of Maintenance Contracts
  • Assure in-time renewal for Hardware Parts and Licences
  • Handling of RMA Process and coordination with external Partners
  • Assure the correct generation of the service invoice and cross-check therefore the ordered services and pricings
  • Proactive communication with customers in order to assure the best possible order handing and to keep them always up to date
  • Adaptation and development of processes linked to the daily work
Requirements:
  • Technical education or good technical flair/experience
  • At least 3 years of job experience
  • IT literacy (Microsoft Office, SAP, CRM, SalesForce)
  • Affinity towards highly technical solutions, and complex services
  • Ready to make an extra-mile to assure customer requests
  • Can Do Mentality who plays well with others (team player)
  • Language skills - German/English, French will be a plus
