We are seeking an energetic and experienced professional to join our newly formed Business Architecture team as a (Senior) Business Architect. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in defining, developing and maintaining our (omnichannel) business architecture strategy for the entire customer lifecycle. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, to define and realize our vision. - Define and enhance the business capabilities, across various E2E customer journeys, required for providing an excellent customer experience and for achieving Sunrise's omnichannel vision
- Engage with key stakeholders across the organization, to understand business needs and challenges, translating them into effective business architecture solutions
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive capability portfolio, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and objectives
- Collect, maintain and foster a deep understanding of business processes, modeling them to identify areas of improvement and potential efficiency gains
- Provide the voice of the customer for IT, to define and articulate the omnichannel vision, considering scalability, flexibility, and integration requirements and evaluate adequate tools / technologies that support this vision
- Own and drive the change management process, in an entrepreneurial sense, ensuring the successful adoption of new business architecture practices within the organization
- University degree (Bachelor/Master) in Business Economics, Marketing / Change Management, or related field with 5 years' experience as a Business Architect or similar role
- Experience in leading change management initiatives and driving organizational adoption of new practices
- In-depth knowledge of business architecture frameworks, methodologies, and best practices, along with a strong understanding of omnichannel architecture principles
- Proficiency in creating compelling PowerPoint presentations, adept at designing layouts and visuals that effectively communicate complex situations and information
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to translate business needs into effective business architecture solutions
- Excellent soft skills, including the ability to speak to both technical and business concerns, enabling engagement with stakeholders at all levels
- English is a must, German / Italian / French are nice to have
