Job Description
During the implementation of our new ERP system, you will play a pivotal role within our Accounts Payable team and overtake various tasks, such as:

• Preparation of weekly payment runs
• Monthly sub-ledger closings incl. accruals and reconciliations
• Involvement in ERP migration project as AP/T&E subject matter expert
• Backup of AP Team Lead
• Follow-up on long outstanding items
• Improvement of existing processes
• Verification and booking of AP invoices and expenses reports
• Ensure compliance with business procedures (e.g. SOX, US-GAAP, etc.)
• Interact directly with employees, affiliate companies and suppliers worldwide

Your profile

• Completed commercial apprenticeship. A further education within the Finance field (e.g.Brevet Fédéral de spécialiste en Finance et Comptabilité, Haute Ecole de Gestion, CPA) is of advantage
• 3-5 years’ working experience, ideally in a similar role
• Very good English skills, both spoken and written. German and/or French skills are a plus.
• Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially in-depth know-how of Excel is required
• Proactive with a continuous improvement mindset
• Flexible, resilient and team-oriented personality
