Junior Network Engineer (m/w, 100%)
Your tasks:
Develop system architectures for large IP-based communication networks.
Create network concepts and plan development steps for hardware and software.
Develop security concepts and document configurations and network designs.
Plan, execute, and roll out infrastructure both domestically and internationally.
Provide 3rd level support for LAN, WAN, WLAN, LTE, Firewall, and Proxy.
Open and manage provider tickets.
Work closely with other IT departments and service providers.
Your profile:
Completed education as an IT specialist.
Experience in IT system and network architecture.
Network Engineer with expertise in routing protocols; LTE and firewall skills are advantageous.
Familiarity with technologies such as VLANs, VTP, STP, DHCP, DNS, HSRP, NAT, IP addressing, and NetFlow.
Experience with TCL, VPN, QoS, ZBF, VRF, and EIGRP is beneficial.
Network certifications are a plus.
High level of self-responsibility and solution-oriented mindset.
Willingness to learn new things.
Strong communication skills and a team player.
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (10%).
Excellent German and English skills.
Italian or French skills are an advantage.
Category B driving license.
