Your contribution to KPMG
- Ensure the regulatory compliance of firm-wide international business travel
- Advise assignees and the business on the social insurance as well as the taxation aspects of an assignment and business travel
- Being a central point of contact for our Local Foreign Hires and consult them concerning their move to Switzerland
- Coordinate payroll, finance, tax and external providers
- Cooperate with HR Business Partners, Business Leaders, Payroll as well as our Tax & Legal department
- Being a central point of contact for business line consulting on Swiss immigration regulations and appropriate permit set ups as well as Swiss tax implications
This is what makes you successful
- Currently in you part-time studies (Bachelor or Master) or recently finished them
- 1-2 years of work experience in a comparable position is a plus
- Keen interest in areas such as immigration, social security, taxation and compliance in an international environment
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills and fluency in English as well as German is a must, French is a plus
- Used to deal with competing priorities and guaranteeing high quality output at the same time
- Service-oriented, pro-active personality, great apprehension and high motivation to work independently.
- Good IT skills
