IT Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to join our team in Baden, with a special focus on the Human Resources domain. If you have a proven track record in IT project management, especially within HR systems, and thrive in a dynamic environment, this role is for you.
- Lead and manage end-to-end IT projects in the Human Resources area, ensuring timely, within scope, and budget delivery.
- Collaborate with HR stakeholders to define project requirements and objectives.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines and resource allocation.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Facilitate communication between IT teams, HR departments, and stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years in IT project management, focusing on HR systems and processes.
- Strong understanding of HRIS, payroll systems, and HR technologies.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Fluency in English; proficiency in German and Spanish is a plus.
