Manager – Corporate Tax Advisory (Zug/Luzern)

Deine Hauptaufgaben
- Wir bieten dir abwechslungsreiche und herausfordernde Aufgaben in unserem internationalen Mandantenumfeld mit Schwerpunkt Unternehmungen mit Headquarter in der Schweiz, familiengeführte Unternehmen und C-Level-Management
- Du leitest nationale und internationale Transaktions- und Beratungsprojekte und erarbeitest gemeinsam mit unseren erfahrenen Spezialisten optimierte, holistische Gruppensteuerstrategien im Zeitalter von BEPS und anderen nationalen/internationalen Reformen (inkl. F+E Projekte, Patenbox etc.)
- Du arbeitest bei multidisziplinären und funktionsübergreifenden Projekten in einem teamorientierten Umfeld und löst für unsere anspruchsvollen nationalen und internationalen Klienten komplexe steuerliche Fragestellungen
- Du bist verantwortlich für die Mandatsentwicklung und wirkst bei der Akquisition von neuen Projekten aktiv mit
- Du betreust Mitarbeitende des jungen Teams und bist für deren berufliche und steuerliche Entwicklung zuständig
- Durch die aktive Teilnahme an Seminaren und Publikation von Fachartikeln trägst du zur Weiterentwicklung des Unternehmens bei

Deine Kompetenzen
- Betriebswirtschaftlicher oder juristischer Universitätsabschluss sowie Abschluss als eidg. dipl. Steuerexperte
- Profunde Kenntnisse und mehrjährige Beratungserfahrung im Steuerrecht (mind. 4-5 Jahre)
- Breite und umfassende Erfahrung im Bereich Corporate Tax (Nebendisziplinen, wie Transfer Pricing und Supply Chain Projekte – Allrounder Profil ein plus)
- Erfahrung in der Koordination komplexer grenzüberschreitender Projekte
- Erfolgsfaktoren, die Sie bei uns weiterbringen: Teamfähigkeit, Kundenfokus, Zielstrebigkeit, Einsatzbereitschaft und schnelle Auffassungsgabe.
- Als internationales Unternehmen setzen wir Deutsch und Englisch voraus. Weitere Sprachen sind ein Plus

What we offer
We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The salary range for this job in most geographic locations in the US is $000 to $000. The salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $000 to $000. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options. Under our flexible vacation policy, you’ll decide how much vacation time you need based on your own personal circumstances.
