On behalf of our client, Swisslinx is now looking for a Senior Internal Communications Specialist. You will play a key role in the communicative consulting, coordination, and realization of the client's internal strategic projects and strategy implementation. You will proactively identify communicative needs, act as a liaison between project leaders and stakeholders, and significantly contribute to the success of the initiatives.

Your mission:
* Serve as the communication hub for strategic internal transformation projects
* Advise and support project and executive management in the planning, control, and implementation of analog and digital communication measures
* Take responsibility for the communicative and creative preparation of project spaces
* Independently manage the communicative aspects of your projects, including monitoring deadlines and coordinating overlapping measures
* Contribute significantly to the further development of internal communication strategies and channels/platforms
* Assist the MarCom team with additional tasks

Your background:
* Higher education in communication or an equivalent qualification
* Several years of professional experience in the communicative support of projects or corporate communications, ideally in the IT sector
* Proficient communication skills in German; good knowledge of English is an advantage
* Ability to communicate complex topics appropriately for the target audience with assertiveness and diplomatic skill
* Enjoy managing multiple projects and topics simultaneously while maintaining an overview, even in busy times
* Used to working independently, structured, and goal-oriented in a dynamic environment
* Forward-thinking, proactive, strong in implementation, and solution- and service-oriented
