Project; Our client, a leading organization in the wealth management sector, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in project management within wealth management and private banking, with a strong understanding of life insurance and regulatory requirements.
Tasks:
- Oversee and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Develop and implement risk management and governance frameworks
- Drive and draft end-to-end processes of life insurance products globally, particularly in Asia, the Middle East, and Luxembourg
- Redevelop governance for third-party portfolios
- Drive work packages independently
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to ensure project alignment with business goals
- Analyze and solve complex issues related to wealth planning and regulatory requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, Risk Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, preferably within wealth management
- Exposure to life insurance business in private banking is highly desirable
- Firm knowledge of current regulations in Switzerland and beyond (especially LUX and Asia)
- Proven experience in risk management and developing governance frameworks
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and senior stakeholders simultaneously
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and address issues
- Strong understanding of the wealth planning offering in private banking and related regulatory requirements
- Solid understanding of regulatory frameworks and the workings of banking, wealth planning, and investments
- Background in insurance is helpful but not mandatory
Languages:
- English – Fluent (Written and Spoken)
- German – Advantageous
