Job Purpose
The Risk and Compliance Coordinator supports the Director of Compliance and the COO/CFO to maintain a robust risk management and compliance system in order to support the development of the School.
KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Risk management
To assist the Director of Compliance in the elaboration, maintenance and improvement of the risk management system.
To work with risk owners across the School to develop, maintain and regularly review the risk register, as well as to support the implementation of mitigation measures.
To produce a risk dashboard and analytical reports for various audiences.
To organise and/or perform internal audits and training.
Compliance
To assist the School’s data protection officer (DPO) with data protection processes, in particular with the maintenance of the register of processing activities.
To assist the Director of Compliance with the development and maintenance of a register of regulations applicable to the School.
To assist the Director of Compliance with development and review of the School Policies, regulations and other internal guidelines.
OTHER TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
To support the work of the School’s Security, Health & Safety Committee, and ensure appropriate coordination with risk management processes.
To undertake any other tasks that may be reasonably assigned from time to time by the Director of Compliance.
To comply with the School’s policies and procedures, particularly those relating to safeguarding children and young people.
To uphold the ethos of the School at all times, in line with the School’s Guiding Principles.
