- Developing and implementing commercial route map from service, technology and operation model of business concept to insight

- Developing consumer-orientated product strategy and implementing agile strategies
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a roadmap with respect to business concept services, technology and operating model from specific insights
- Actively onboard and engage internal and external partners/networks
- Engage to develop go-to-market strategy with a strong consumer focus
- Apply agile strategy management
- Manage good relationships between ZEISS and local government
Requirements:
- A doctor degree from prestigious university at home and abroad
- Expertise in strategy management and development of new business model
- Acute industry insight, and mature business thinking
- Profound understanding of the Chinese consumer markets and familiarity with their policy and regulatory environments
- Outstanding communication skills with internal and external stakeholders, and excellent oral and writing expression in both Chinese and English
