Pre-Opening

• Collaborate on the design and layout of the lounge, ensuring alignment with our brand vision.
• Develop and finalize the food and beverage menu, focusing on innovation and guest satisfaction.
• Select and order all necessary kitchen equipment, tableware, and furnishings.
• Define staffing requirements, create initial shift schedules, and oversee the recruitment and onboarding of team members.
• Collaborate on the design of the customer journey.

Post-Opening

• Lead daily operations, ensuring smooth service delivery and exceptional guest experiences.
• Standardize processes and procedures to maintain consistency and quality.
• Own and drive operational and financial lounge performance.
• Manage financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue growth.
• Ensure compliance with Swiss food safety regulations and labor laws.
• Drive continuous improvement and development of the lounge’s concept and offerings.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, suppliers, and stakeholders.

We’re on the hunt for someone who doesn’t just see a lounge as a venue, but as a vibrant hub where design, service, and gastronomy come together to create an exceptional experience. This role is all about leading the launch and ongoing success of our new lounge at Europaallee.

• At least 5 years of experience in hospitality management, with a strong focus on lounge, restaurant, or hotel operations in Switzerland. Previous experience with high-end or luxury venues is a significant advantage.
• A degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. 
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities, with a proven track record in developing and implementing operational processes.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Franchise experience as a Franchisee or Manager of a Franchise is a plus.
• Affinity to motorsport and/or esports is a plus.
• Ability to manage and adapt to the challenges of a new opening, with a readiness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• A solid understanding of Swiss food safety regulations and labor laws.
• A passion for innovation in gastronomy and guest experience, combined with a strong commitment to maintaining exceptional service standards.
