Als Zugbegleiter:in sind Sie Gastgeber:in in unseren Zügen zwischen Interlaken Ost und Jungfraujoch – Top of Europe und sorgen für ein einmaliges Reiseerlebnis. Mit Ihrem Flair für Sprachen und fremde Kulturen sorgen Sie dafür, dass unsere Gäste nie Bahnhof verstehen und sich während der Fahrt rundum begleitet fühlen. Auch in hektischen Situationen gelingt es Ihnen, den Überblick und die Gelassenheit zu behalten und können innerhalb Ihrer Kompetenzen zeitnah Entscheidungen treffen. Sie helfen beim Ein- und Ausladen von Gepäck, übernehmen sicherheitsrelevante Aufgaben, schauen dass alle am richtigen Ort Ein- und Aussteigen, prüfen die Fahrausweise oder verkaufen diese bei Bedarf. Unterwegs, achten Sie auf die Sauberkeit für ein angenehmes Klima sowie beantworten die Fragen unserer Kunden und helfen entsprechend weiter.
Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene Berufsbildung oder Matura und haben Erfahrung im Kundenkontakt (Bereich Tourismus, Gastgewerbe, Bahn oder anderer Dienstleistungssektor). Sie beherrschen die deutsche Sprache und haben gute Englisch- und Französischkenntnisse. Weitere Fremdsprachenkenntnisse sind von Vorteil. Der Kundenservice und ein dienstleistungsorientiertes Verhalten stehen bei Ihnen an erster Stelle.
