Responsibilities:
- Enhance and streamline current internal processes in collaboration with teams such as Controlling & Accounting, Product, Payroll, Reporting, Human Resources, and Treasury.
- Identify operational inefficiencies and implement automated controls.
- Ensure alignment between regional and global requirements.
- Support and maintain Workday and other financial applications globally.
- Work closely with global Finance, HR, Payroll, and Procurement teams to thoroughly understand our finance processes.
- Provide support and challenge to the finance team and Workday Integration Specialists.
