Western Regional Technical Sales/Services Manager – Alpharetta, GA (remote)

As the Regional Technical Sales/Services Manager you will be tasked with helping customers achieve success through a variety of rigorously monitored quality control programs. This is an important role with high visibility with our customers to ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and practices. This position directly supports sales and supplements our full product portfolio.

Essential Job Functions:

• Support customer Quality Control programs through on-site testing and report monitoring.
• Direct customer product sampling procedures and create alignment with Conley Laboratory Analytical Services (LAS) reporting.
• Perform analytical equipment calibrations to ensure conformance to industry regulations and standards.
• Develop Quality Control and technical programs for new customers aligned to industry standards.
• Create and present reports summarizing customer performance in key technical areas.
• Handle trouble-shooting requests related to product testing, mixing, and application.
• Attend regional trade shows and conferences in support of Sales.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Understanding of product chemistries, industry standards, analytical equipment, and product application equipment and processes. 
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technical details to a non-technical audience.
• Leading presentations remotely or on-site with a high attention to detail. 
• MS Excel and PowerPoint competency. 
• Communicating and reporting sales talking points and objectives with customers.
