- As a Strategy and Marketing Leadership Team member, the position is responsible for the development, management, and direct contribution to the business and ACUVUE brand quality enhancement.
- Collaboratively working with other senior management to lead, collaborate, coordinate, and to execute ACUVUE strategic marketing initiatives
- Manage the progress through various means of monitoring and initiate additional efforts if there are any gaps identified
Duties & Responsibilities / ???????
- Develops a planning and execution model that supports the organization's mission and values based on an internal and external needs assessment and the company mission.
- Co-develop and execute strategic commercial and marketing initiatives and other corporate objectives. Outlines plans for their achievement.
- Provides leadership in the planning, designing, and implementation of marketing plans and executions.
- Establishes priorities for project activities across all responsible brands and works with other LT members to coordinate function-wide priorities.
- Monitor and oversee strategic initiatives to improve its process and outcome to maximize.
- Serves as a liaison for key organizational initiatives between all divisions and customers.
- Prepares and manages brand-level P&L.
- Guide team members to achieve their success with various means.
