Validation-/ Qualification Specialist (m/f/d)

By combining state-of-the-art technology and innovative design, we produce high-tech packaging machines and develop packaging solutions that are specially tailored to the needs of the pharmaceutical industry. Your role in our interdisciplinary project teams is essential. In this position, you will be responsible for the validation and qualification of our machines and packaging processes in accordance with standards and deadlines for the entire duration of the project.

• Responsible for validation / qualification for the entire duration of the machine project
• Carrying out the machine tests (IQ, OQ) based on the test documentation
• Developing the quality and validation plan together with the customer and project managers
• Preparation of validation and qualification documentation
• Collaboration on machine acceptance tests with the customer during the execution of FAT/SAT

You are a team player with a resilient personality. You have an independent and systematic way of working, a high level of initiative and are a good analyst. Your strong technical understanding and hands-on mentality round off your profile.

• Completed technical apprenticeship
• Further training as a technician HF or engineer FH would be an advantage
• Preferably experience in mechanical engineering and/or automation technology
• Experience with GMP/GAMP guidelines would be an advantage
• Knowledge of FDA, EMA, WHO, etc. agency guidelines would be an advantage
• Fluency in written and spoken English (at least level B2)
• Very good Microsoft Office skills, with a focus on Word and Excel
• Experience with paperless validation software would be an advantage
