Role Overview
As the Treasury and Investor Relations Manager, you will play a vital role in managing cash flow, liquidity, and financial risk, while acting as the primary contact for investors, particularly bondholders. This position is key in building and maintaining investor confidence, ensuring transparency, and aligning the company’s financial strategy with its growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Treasury Management: Oversee daily treasury functions, including cash flow forecasting, debt management, and liquidity optimization to support the company’s financial stability.
- Investor Relations: Act as the primary liaison for investors, handling inquiries, and communicating key financial and strategic updates to strengthen investor relationships.
- Risk Management: Implement and monitor policies to manage financial risks, including those associated with foreign exchange and interest rates.
- Capital Structure Optimization: Work closely with senior management to ensure an effective capital structure and advise on market trends and investor sentiment.
- Stakeholder Relations: Cultivate relationships with banks, financial institutions, and other stakeholders to ensure favorable terms and access to capital.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all reporting requirements are met in accordance with the Oslo Stock Exchange and other relevant regulations.
Ideal Candidate
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.
- Experience: 5+ years in treasury management with experience in investor relations, especially in companies with public debt.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of capital markets and financial instruments, exceptional presentation and communication abilities.
- Language: Fluent in English; proficiency in German or another language is advantageous.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with bond compliance and financial reporting standards.
