As a Training & Knowledge Management Specialist, you will be a catalyst for excellence in Crew Planning & Disposition. You'll design, develop, and manage comprehensive training programs and knowledge management systems, ensuring our team is equipped with the skills and expertise to excel.
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for Crew Planning & Disposition staff, focusing on operational procedures, methodological skills
- Create and manage a centralized knowledge management system to facilitate easy access to critical information and standard operating procedures
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify training needs and design tailored programs to address specific skill gaps
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback, continually refining content
- Support the implementation of new software and tools, ensuring that staff members are proficient and confident in their use
- Maintain up-to-date training materials and documentation, ensuring alignment with industry standards and company policies
- A university degree in education, human resources, business administration, aviation, or a related field.
- Proven experience in training development, delivery, and knowledge management.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to analyze data and metrics to measure training effectiveness and make data-driven improvements.
- Proficiency in MS Office 365 and familiarity with modern training and knowledge management tools.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences.
- Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in German is a strong asset.
