Trade Marketing & Events intern
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Under the supervision of the Trade &Event Manager, coordinate the organization of international Trade events as well as the Watches & Wonders Fair 2025
- Follow up on the organization of the made-to-measure manufactory visits (international guests)
- Follow up on the market’s requests in terms of POS material, events organization, other trade needs
- Ensure the Development and production of promotional materials, such as gifts, catalogs, and POS materials
- Collaborate with suppliers and service providers for the development of above projects
- Monitor and ensure supply of the internal stock of POS Material
- Support the creation of the internal Parmigiani Fleurier newsletter
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s in marketing or communications mandatory – Master degree is a plus
- Strong interest and sensitivity in luxury goods
- Energetic, autonomous and creative
- Attention to details and great team player
- Organized and project management skills
- French & English fluent / other languages a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office tools
