Your mission
For the Eurovision Song Contest 2025 (ESC), we are looking for a Ticketing Manager from October 2024 to the end of May 2025. In this role, you will be responsible for the entire ticketing process for the ESC 2025 and as part of the ESC Event team, your tasks will be the following:
- Establish contact with the ticketing company and maintain a regular dialogue;
- Create the seating plan (including free tickets for sponsors, delegations, VIPs, etc.) and develop ticket prices and seating categories for the ESC 2025;
- Anticipate ticket waves and supervise all matters relating to ticketing (FAQs, communication with various bodies, website, ticket designs, etc.);
- Work with internal and external stakeholders (ticket partners, ESC Head of Communication, partner and sponsor representatives, city and event manager, delegation managers, production, security managers, etc.) on a wide range of issues relating to the ESC;
- Be responsible for admission and audience management during the event (entry, scanning, registration, etc.).
Your profile
- You have a good knowledge of the ESC
- You have extensive experience with major international productions, international ticketing and dealing with large audiences
- You have good organisational and communication skills
- You are a multi-tasker and are able to handle stressful situations in a calm and composed manner
