Technology Recruitment Partner
Work closely with the business and team to determine hiring needs and review and understand job requisitions
Source candidates for roles using a variety of sources to help reduce agency fees
Identify niche skill candidates based on job specifications
Screen CVs in line with the line manager’s requirements
Conduct telephone screens to further qualify applicants for all open requisitions
Source / provide regular market information from both internal and external sources
Source, screen, and interview applicants and maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information
Assist in writing approved jobs specs in line with legislative requirements
Ensure appropriate levels of sign-off prior to commencing job search
Determine appropriate recruiting sources for advertising and posting positions and promote the company image to candidates and external service providers
Proactively source candidates via multi-media advertising, referrals, internal and external networking, database, candidate portal to effectively improve the level of direct recruitment
Build and maintain candidate database by building up “talent pools”
Continue to develop innovative methods to attract top talent
Focus on DE&I recruitment sourcing initiatives
Assist with development of social media presence and employer brand
Where agencies are used, engage approved agencies and arrange agency briefings as required
Contribute to agency relationship management, including performance monitoring
Support the offer process – including providing up-to-date salary/rate and market information and comparison data from recent hires in the business area
Liaise with the relevant function to hand over candidates for onboarding and monitor progress to start date
Ensure thorough and complete tracking history of every applicant progress, contact and feedback through the relevant recruitment systems
Ensure compliance with all Client policies (including approval systems, compensation policies, e-mail policies etc)
Keep abreast of market trends and legislative developments
Apply thorough knowledge of full lifecycle recruiting to fill positions quickly
Ensure timely communications with all candidates and hiring managers
Network to develop candidate flow
Key Skills & Experience:
Experience in a fast paced, full life cycle recruiting environment
Ideal candidate comes from a corporate recruiting position with a fast growth company, or has an agency background
Candidates should be highly skilled in a variety of internet recruiting techniques
Candidates specialising in tech-focused recruitment
Proficient working with application tracking systems, preferably Workday or Greenhouse
Strong candidate qualification and interview skills required
Proven stakeholder engagement experience with a credible and consultative approach
The ability to prioritise, manage time well, and work closely with hiring managers to quickly address needs and adjust focus as needed
Quick learner, with a positive attitude and ability to work well within a team
Ability to treat sensitive and confidential information with appropriate discretion
Excellent communication skills
Ability to contribute ideas for creative recruiting techniques
Ability to offer recommendations to hiring managers
