HR Technology and Analytics Trainee (80-100%)
Your responsibilities:
Your main task in this position is supporting the HR Transformation and Innovation team in driving the people roadmap.
- Support the implementation of strategic HR initiatives in the context of the HR Transformation
- Contribute in creating and excellent user experience
- Support the implementation of the HR Reporting and analytics roadmap
- Deliver continuous improvements
- Coach HR system super users
- Perform system administrator tasks
Your profile:
- Recent graduate or student pursuing a degree in Business Information Technology or equivalent
- Passion for technology and people management
- Enthusiasm in working with data
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in German and English. French is beneficial
- Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn
