Tasks and Responsibilities
- Leading and defining construction site organization and processes
- Regularly inspecting construction sites for safety compliance and progress assessment
- Meticulous measurements and accurate documentation
- Efficiently organizing and coordinating resources for smooth operations
- Thorough reporting and effective defect management
- Vigilant monitoring of installation quality
- Maintaining clear and effective communication with project participants, suppliers, and customers
- Conducting productive meetings to foster collaboration and coordination
- Completed apprenticeship as a certified carpenter, with experience in the kitchen industry (kitchen planning, installation, and on-site experience) as well as relevant material knowledge.
- Knowledge of project management and demonstrated leadership experience.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills, with high analytical abilities and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Strong IT affinity.
- Knowledge of the SIA 118 standard is advantageous.
- Fluent German speaker (mandatory)
