Hauptaufgaben

• Evaluation von Reparaturpotential an Aufzugsanlagen

• Aufnahme von Reparaturarbeiten an den Aufzugsanlagen

• Kalkulation, Erstellung und Verkauf von Reparaturofferten

• Offerten-Anfrage bei Drittlieferanten (Konditionen und Termine)

• Technische Verkaufsberatung und -verhandlung mit unseren Kunden, im Zusammenhang mit Reparaturen von Aufzugsanlagen

• Interne und externe Materialbestellungen

• Terminplanung der Reparatureinsätze

• Aktive Zusammenarbeit mit der Serviceabteilung und gemeinsame Entwicklung der Massnahmen um die Kundenzufriedenheit zu erhöhen und den Kundenstamm zu erweitern

• Unterstützung des Serviceleiters in Bezug auf das Einholen von Reparaturaufträgen

• Bestimmen der Ersatzteile und Kalkulation von Reparaturarbeiten

Was wir von dir erwarten

• Technische Ausbildung (Elektroinstallateur, Elektromechaniker oder ähnliches)

• Mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Aufzugsbranche und im Verkauf

• Kenntnisse der Normen und Vorschriften

• Fortgeschrittene Office-Anwenderkenntnisse

• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse mündlich und schriftlich

• Führerausweis B
