Technical Sales Manager (m/w/d) / 80% bis 100%
Celeroton TurboCell is a Swiss based fast-growing technology leader developing and manufacturing high performance turbo compressors for fuel cell systems. The company is based in Volketswil and sells its products worldwide for a broad range of applications including automotive, stationary, marine and aerospace industry.
To support our on-going growth, we are looking to strengthen our sales team.
Your tasks:
- Technical analysis of customer specific requirements and preparation of technical proposal from standard product portfolio or customer specific adaptions
- Ownership and further development of our existing customer relationships as well as incoming inquiries
- Active acquisition of new customers and expansion of the customer base
- Structured sales funnel management from leads generation to sales execution
- Preparation of standard and customer specific quotes
- Technical product management (datasheets, manuals, support on product specifications)
- Coordination (internal and external) of customer projects
- Support on various project management and operational topics as the organization grows
Our requirements:
- Degree in engineering (ETH/UNI/FH) or comparable education and additional commercial training
- 5+ years professional experience in sales, ideally as a sales manager or key account manager in the automotive sector
- Experience in technical project management/ development for industrial customers
- Knowledge in turbo compressors and/or fuel cell systems is a strong plus
- Strong interpersonal skills, creativity and hands-on mentality
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Fluent in English and German (written and spoken), additional languages are a plus
- Willingness to regularly travel (20-30%) for customer visits and tradeshows
